Stress
Stress is our body's response to pressure. Many different events or situations can cause stress, usually when we have little control over a situation. We all deal with stress differently.
It is not alway easy to identify when stress is the cause of feeling or acting differently.

Physical Symptoms include;
- headaches or dizziness
- muscle tension or pain
- stomach problems
- chest pain or a faster heartbeat
- sexual problems
Mental Symptoms include;
- difficulty concentrating
- struggling to make decisions
- feeling overwhelmed
- constantly worrying
- being forgetful
Behavioural changes include;
- being irritable and snappy
- sleeping too much or too little
- eating too much or too little
- avoiding certain places or people
- drinking or smoking more
The Stress Management Society
The Stress Management Soceity is an information provider that helps those in 'distress to de-stress'.
They offer rescources and guides, explain stress, guidence on stress at work and personal stress. They have online workshops and events as well as offer a membership.
