'I came today to request a repeat prescription while here, I asked for an appointment to see the doctor. Told I had to ring for an appointment, then found it hard to get through. Please change the system. - October 2022.
Since receiving this feedback and similar from other patients, our appointment system has changed, our Appointments page will have more information.
'A very good prompt referral recently. However, the waiting area of the surgery is dingy. Please decorate it'
Since receiving this feedback, we are in the process of receiving quotes for several new things. Decorators, new flooring and have recently had new blinds fitted throughout the surgery.
We have also contacted the trust in regards to getting new windows and a front door.
