All feedback is welcome from patients, whether it be regarding room for improvements or positive feedback from experience. Our 'Online Forms' page has an online form where you are able to inform the practice staff of any comments you may have.

'Did a PATCHES for my son and got same day appointment at a suitable time for us to come toward the end of school which was perfect for me. The lady I spoke to sorted that for me and I am truly appreciative because at first I was offered 9:30 which was just too soon almost too good of you get me!!  The receptionist, the GP, the management for enabling staff to do that and anyone who was helping run the surgery that day.  Wonderful consultation as well'

I would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team at Lindley Group Practice. A special mention must go to Dr. P. Johnson (PJ), who has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and care. Additionally, the surgery's systems and protocols are amazing; everything works in an excellent manner, from the initial contact right through to the end of the appointment. A truly 5-star service. 'I came today to request a repeat prescription while here, I asked for an appointment to see the doctor. Told I had to ring for an appointment, then found it hard to get through. Please change the system. - October 2022.
