New Premises Survey Findings

We asked the view of patients through a recent survey in June and July 2018 regarding what they consider is important in new premises for Lindley Group Practice.

We had a fantastic response (2000 completed surveys) and would like to thank everybody who took part, your feedback is valuable to us.

Your views will now be considered by the Practice and we hope to identify potential options for the relocation of premises.

We will feedback when this has been done.

GP Patient Survey Results

This is a survey sent out by NHS England to patients twice a year to assess their experience of the access and quality of care they receive from their GPs. 242 surveys were sent, 117 responded, giving a 48% response rate. This is a summary of results from January to March 2017 survey.

We are constantly working to improve telephone access by ensuring that 3 reception staff are answering the phones at peak morning times (7.30am to 9.00am) to reduce queue call waiting times.
